Where exactly is my clients' data stored?

Exclusively on ISO 27001-certified servers in Germany. We do not submit to foreign access powers (such as the US CLOUD Act).

How do you ensure compliance with § 43e BRAO?

What usage limits apply?

You can use the system intensively for normal firm operations. With 4,000 images and 8,000 PDFs per month on the Small license, the limits are intentionally set high. Our Fair Use Policy exists to prevent technical abuse (e.g. bot-controlled mass creation) and should not restrict your daily firm operations.

How difficult is the setup?

MaraDocs is "no-code". If you can use Word, you can use MaraDocs. Most firms have their portal set up on their own website in under 30 minutes.

What does firm license mean?

MaraDocs Small is a flat-rate license for firms with up to seven people. Larger firms please contact our sales team, we'll be happy to provide a custom quote.
